Dr Jummy Okoya is an International Consultant and Speaker on Organisational & leadership Development and Career Development. She is a highly experienced Educator, Trainer and Researcher within the public and private sectors with more than two decades of experience. She is currently the MBA Director at the University of East London, a visiting lecturer (VL) at many world-class institutions including Imperial Business School. Since assuming the position of MBA Director, the number of female students and BME students on the programme has risen by 55%, due to Jummy’s involvement in international recruitment in Africa and contribution to several outreach programmes. Jummy is also chair of the UEL Women’s Network which has a growing network of over 350 women. She also recently launched the Women in Leadership lecture series at her institution. She has expertise of improving Diversity& inclusion (E&I) and developing programmes to improve gender parity and inclusive workplace. She has contributed to several international conferences on leadership and Equality & Inclusion.
